I wish to congratulate the Higher National Diploma in Engineering Students’ Association for the step they have taken to open a web site, which is a requirement, for the betterment of this institute.

The maximum utilization of electronic media’s as the source of information is a must to compete with the other private sector organizations who are in the field of conducting diploma level programs in technology field. Hence I again extend my felicitations to the HNDE student association who organized this event.

I am confident that this web site will help to illuminate the recognition of the unique identity of the HNDE course as an academic program which already won the international recognition.
